This hall invites public application for various uses and sets the rules for application of outside space. Activities should be related to culture, art, humanities, education, etc. It cannot be used for commercial purposes or any activities that may endanger pubic safety or those that are particularly loud/noisy activities.
Activity time is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday:
Use of the central courtyard or open observatory must be made available to public visitors during use by the applicant.
We offer the use of equipment such as amplifiers, tables and chairs.
Use of each items requires a NT$2,000 deposit, which will be returned following inspection for damage after the event.
Following the activities, applicants are responsible for cleaning and returning the used equipment. If there remains any stains or damage, we will have the right to obtain compensation for any cleaning/repairs which will then be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is insufficient to cover said cleaning/repairs, the applicant will be required to make up the difference.
Applicants should take responsibility for maintaining order.
If the applicants require performing any commercial activities such as receiving fees during the event or selling goods, they will have to first notify us. If there is no notification, any deposit will be forfeited.

Facility fees
For wedding photos, NT$1,000 per use. For commercial photography, NT$1,000 per hour. One hour will be charged for any period exceeding 20 minutes. Commercial photography or performance photography will be charged NT$6,000 for a full day. (Any duration exceeding six hours will be charged the rate for a full day.)

Renting reading/discussion room :
Facilities include whiteboard, film projector, slide projector and projector screen, TV, tape recorder, DVD player, and microphone. Suitable for activities involving up to 26 people.

Facility fees
For one 3-hour period, the fee is NT$1,000. Beverages are included.
For meals or snacks, those who show a teacher or student identification card are eligible for a 10% discount.
